# The Building (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2018, Regulation 1: Title, application, commencement and interpretation


(1) The title of these Regulations is the Building (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2018.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
(3) These Regulations come into force on 1 November 2018.
(4) In these Regulations “the 2010 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 2010”) means the Building Regulations 2010.
