  "text": "(1) The title of these Regulations is the Building (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2019.\n(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales, except as provided for in paragraph (3).\n(3) Regulation 2(7) of these Regulations does not apply in relation to excepted energy buildings in Wales.\n(4) These Regulations come into force on 13 January 2020.\n(5) In these Regulations “the 2010 Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2010.",
