In regulation 25C (new buildings: minimum energy performance requirements)—
(a)
in paragraph (a)—
(i)
omit “(other than new dwellings),”;
(ii)
omit “consumption”;
(b)
in paragraph (b), for “new dwellings” substitute “when a dwelling is erected”.
