# The Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 1995, Regulation 11: Section 24 of the Act


Delete—
(a) regulation 11(2);
(b) in regulation 11(3), “or (2)”; and
(c) in regulation 16(2)(b)(i), “or is one to which section 24 of the Act (provision of exits etc.) applies”.
