Laid before Parliament 28th September 1998
Coming into force
For the purposes of regulation 7, and regulation 2 so far as it relates to regulation 7 1st December 1998
For all other purposes 1st March 1999
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 1(1), 47(4) and (5), 49(1) and (5), and paragraph 10 of Schedule 1 to the Building Act 1984 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
