# The Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2001, Paragraph 8


In Form 12 (public body’s final certificate), after paragraph 5, the following paragraph shall be added—
“[5A The sewerage undertaker has been consulted in accordance with regulation 23A.](5)”.
