Regulation 24 Public body’s plans certificate

The prescribed form of a public body’s plans certificatef1—

(a)

which is not combined with a public body’s notice, shall be form 10 in Schedule 2; or

(b)

which is combined with a public body’s notice, shall be form 11 in Schedule 2.
