  "text": "(1) The prescribed form of a public body’s final certificate shall be form 12 in Schedule 2 and the grounds on which a local authority shall reject a final certificate are those prescribed in Schedule 8.\n(2) The period within which a local authority may give notice of rejection of a public body’s final certificate is ten days beginning with the day on which the certificate is given.",
