# The Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 2000, Regulation 27: Public body’s final certificate


(1) The prescribed form of a public body’s final certificate shall be form 12 in Schedule 2 and the grounds on which a local authority shall reject a final certificate are those prescribed in Schedule 8.
(2) The period within which a local authority may give notice of rejection of a public body’s final certificate is ten days beginning with the day on which the certificate is given.
