  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Building etc. (Amendment) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2022.\n(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.\n(3) These Regulations apply in relation to England.\n(4) These Regulations come into force on 26th December 2022.",
