# The Building etc. (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2023, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct an error in S.I. 2022/603 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of, and paragraphs 2, 4, 7, 8 and 10 of Schedule 1 to, the Building Act 1984.
