  "text": "(1) The title of these Regulations is the Building etc. (Amendment) (No. 2) (Wales) Regulations 2025.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on 1 July 2026.\n(3) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.\n(4) In these Regulations “the 2010 Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2010.",
