# The Building etc. (Amendment) (No. 2) (Wales) Regulations 2025, Regulation 1: Title, application and coming into force

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Building etc. (Amendment) (No. 2) (Wales) Regulations 2025.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1 July 2026.
(3) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
(4) In these Regulations “the 2010 Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2010.
