  "text": "In this Part—\n“building notice” (“hysbysiad adeiladu”) has the meaning given in regulation 2(1) of the 2010 Regulations;\n“building work” (“gwaith adeiladu”) has the meaning given in regulation 3(1) of the 2010 Regulations;\n“initial notice” (“hysbysiad cychwynnol”) means a notice given under section 47 of the Building Act 1984;\n“plans” (“planiau”) has the meaning given in section 126 of the Building Act 1984;\n“plans certificate” (“tystysgrif blaniau”) has the meaning given by section 50(1) of the Building Act 1984.",
