  "text": "After regulation 2B (disapplication of certain procedural requirements of the Building Regulations 2010 in relation to higher-risk building work) insert—\n“Application: Wales\n2C. Subject to regulation 2D, these Regulations apply to all buildings in Wales, including higher-risk buildings.\nDisapplication of certain procedural requirements of the Building Regulations 2010 in relation to higher-risk building work : Wales\n2D. The following regulations do not apply to higher-risk building work in Wales—\n(a) regulation 12 (giving of a building notice or an application for building control approval);\n(b) regulation 13 (particulars and plans where a building notice is given);\n(c) regulation 14 (applications for building control approval with full plans);\n(d) regulation 14D (determination of applications for building control approval with full plans: Wales);\n(e) regulation 15 (consultation with sewerage undertaker);\n(f) regulation 15B (consultation in relation to fire safety: Wales);\n(g) regulation 16 (notices in relation to building work);\n(h) regulation 17 (completion certificates);\n(i) regulation 17A (certificate for building occupied before work is completed);\n(j) regulation 18 (unauthorised building work);\n(k) regulation 19 (supervision of building work otherwise than by local authorities);\n(l) regulation 38 (fire safety information);\n(m) regulation 39 (information about ventilation);\n(n) regulation 40 (information about use of fuel and power);\n(o) regulation 40A (information about systems for on-site generation of electricity);\n(p) regulation 40B (information about overheating).”",
