  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010 (as they apply in relation to Wales) to further implement the Building Safety Act 2022 in respect of higher-risk buildings, to enable local authorities to make charges in relation to certain applications made under the Building (Higher-Risk Buildings Procedures) (Wales) Regulations 2025.
