Regulation 4 Amendment to the Building (Restricted Activities and Functions) (Wales) Regulations 2024

In regulation 3 (2) of the Building (Restricted Activities and Functions) (Wales) Regulations 2024f1, for sub-paragraph (u) substitute—

“(u)

determining an application under regulation 43 of the Building (Higher-Risk Buildings Procedures) (Wales) Regulations 2025 (completion certificate applications: decisions);”.
