# The Building etc. (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2025, Regulation 1: Title, application and coming into force


(1) The title of these Regulations is the Building etc. (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2025.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
(3) These Regulations come into force on 1 July 2025.
