  "text": "(1) The title of these Regulations is the Building etc. (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2026.\n(2) These Regulations come into force on the following dates—\n(a) this regulation and regulations 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8(3) on 1 July 2026;\n(b) regulation 4 at 12:01 a.m. on 1 July 2026;\n(c) regulations 3, 8(1), 8(2) and 8(4) on 4 March 2027.\n(3) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.",
