  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese regulations amend regulation 6 of the Building (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 dealing with refunds. They make a small amendment to ensure that where a completion certificate is submitted where there has not been a previous building warrant application, then there will still be an opportunity to obtain a refund of the fee charged where certain certificates of construction accompany the submission of the completion certificate.",
