# The Building (Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 27th November 2008
Coming into force 4th January 2009
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Building (Scotland) Act 2003 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
