# The Building (Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007, Regulation 2: Amendment of Regulations


In the Schedule to the Building (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2005–
(a) (i) in the fifth paragraph of the declaration in Form 5; and
(ii) in the third paragraph of the declaration in Form 6
for “[and where this submission is for a dwelling]” substitute “[and when the provisions of building regulations apply]”; and
(b) for the sixth paragraph of the declaration in Form 5 and the fourth paragraph of the declaration in Form 6 substitute in each case “I enclose a copy of the energy performance certificate(s) for the building(s).”.
