Laid before Parliament 18th February 1991
Coming into force 1st April 1991
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 24(1)(a) of the Building (Scotland) Act 1959 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
