  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations revoke and re-enact with amendments the Building (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 1975, as amended. The number of forms has been reduced from 31 to 26 by merging forms, where possible, and deleting those no longer required. All the forms now included have been drafted in a more user-friendly style.\nThe Regulations prescribe the forms which should be used for applications, orders warrants, directions, notices etc for the purposes of the Building (Scotland) Act 1959.",
