# The Building (Inner London) Regulations 1985, Paragraph 2


The Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 1985 shall be amended as follows—
(1) Regulation 1(3) (application) shall be omitted.
(2) In regulation 10 (functions of approved inspectors)—
(a) in paragraph (1) after the words “Subject to” there shall be inserted the words “paragraphs (1A) and” and the word “paragraph” shall be omitted; and
(b) immediately before paragraph (2) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“(1A) Paragraph (1)(b) does not apply in inner London.”.
