Section 11 of the London County Council (General Powers) Act 1955 (power to council to make byelaws as to fees) shall have effect as if—

(a)

at the end of subsection (1) there were inserted the words “in connection with any dangerous or neglected structure”; and

(b)

in subsection (2) for the words from “section 93” to the words “First and Second Schedules” there were substituted the words “the First Schedule”.
