Paragraph 9

Section 87 of that Act (service of notice of objection) shall have effect as if for the words from the beginning to the words “or any such byelaws” there were substituted the words “Where a notice is given or plans are deposited in respect of a building which is affected by the provisions of the London Building Acts and it appears from that notice or those plans that the building will contravene the provisions of those Acts or that anything required by those Acts”.
