Paragraph 2

The Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) Regulations 1985^f1 shall be amended as follows—

• in regulation 10—

  1. (i)

     for the words “paragraphs (1A) and” substitute the word “paragraph”; and

  2. (ii)

     omit paragraph (1A).
