Made 14th December 1998
Laid before Parliament 15th December 1998
Coming into force 1st April 1999
The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1, 16(10), 35 and 50(3) of, and paragraphs 9 and 10(c) of Schedule 1 to, the Building Act 1984, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
