  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Building (Prescribed Fees etc.) Regulations 1985 by substituting a reference to the Building Regulations 1991 in the definition of “the principal regulations” in regulation 2(1). They also amend the reference to basement storeys in the definition of a “small domestic building” in regulation 2(1).",
