  "text": "BUILDING AND BUILDINGS\nMade 10th July 1987\nLaid before Parliament 24th July 1987\nComing into force 21st September 1987\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 2(4), 20(1) and 29(1) of the Building (Scotland) Act 1959, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
