# The Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1988, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations replace and simplify the scale of building control fees in the Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 1981. The average increase is 20%. Flat rate and minimum fees are increased to £12.
