# The Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1990

S.I. 1990/1358 · made 29 June 1990

These Regulations replace the scale of building control fees in the Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 1981. The average increase is approximately one-third. Demolition warrant fees are now included in paragraph 1(a) of the table of fees and are charged on a sliding scale rather than at a fixed rate, as was previously the case. In addition, a fixed fee is now payable in respect of all applications for extension of a period of a warrant, not only in respect of those applications relating to limited life buildings.

Made under: 1959 c. 24 (Section 20, Section 24, Section 29)
