  "text": "BUILDING AND BUILDINGS\nMade 29th June 1990\nLaid before Parliament 13th July 1990\nComing into force 1st September 1990\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 20, 24(1)(b) and 29(1) of the Building (Scotland) Act 1959 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
