  "text": "In regulation 49 (maintenance of records) for paragraph (3) there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—\n“(3) Where an application for a warrant or a direction is granted the local authority shall retain the principal plans lodged with reference to the application or a copy thereof in any form which enables the plans to be inspected or reproduced in legible form.”.",
