Regulation 14 Amendment of the principal Regulations

In regulation 51 (notices regarding operations) for paragraphs (b) and (c) there shall he substituted the following paragraph:—

“(b)

in the case of a drain which is ready to be tested for the purpose of item 12 of the deemed to satisfy provision in the Technical Standards applicable to paragraph M2.1 of those Standards, that the drain has been laid and is ready for test.”.
