# The Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1991, Regulation 4: Amendment of the principal Regulations


In regulation 4 (duration of warrant) in paragraph (b) for the words “on application made to them at any time” there shall be substituted the words “during the period of validity of the warrant (including any extended period so approved), on application made to them”.
