Regulation 8 Amendment of the principal Regulations

In regulation 21 (determination of application) in paragraph (1) after the words “Provided that” there shall be inserted the following:—

“—

(a)

if within the said period all of the persons mentioned in regulation 20(2) notify the local authority that they are content with the draft direction, the local authority may determine the application at any time after receipt of the last such notification; and”.
