# The Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007, Regulation 4: Amendment of Regulations


In regulation 42 (completion certificates – multiple buildings)–
(a) in paragraph (1)(b) at the beginning insert “subject to paragraph (3),”; and
(b) after paragraph (2) insert–
“(3) In the case of work to existing dwellings in the same ownership, a single completion certificate may be submitted.”.
