# The Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2024, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 12th December 2024
Coming into force 31st March 2028
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 24(2) and 33 and schedule 3 of the Building (Scotland) Act 2003 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
