  "text": "Where on granting or making an amendment to a building warrant a verifier imposes on the owner of the building continuing requirements in accordance with section 22 of the Act, the building warrant or amendment to the building warrant must state–\n(a) the continuing requirements; and\n(b) the provision of the building regulations to which they relate.",
