# The Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2004, Regulation 54: Procedure at hearing


(1) At any hearing before the verifier or local authority any party may appear and be heard either in person or by a representative.
(2) Subject to the provisions of the Act and of these Regulations the procedure at any hearing before the verifier or local authority shall be such as the verifier or local authority may determine.
