  "text": "An application for a building warrant relating to the conversion of all or part of a building may be submitted–\n(a) as a separate application; or\n(b) as an accompanying application to–\n(i) an application for a building warrant required for work under section 8(1)(a) of the Act; or\n(ii) an application for an amendment to a building warrant.",
