# The Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2004, Paragraph 10


Nothing in any of the Sections B to E of this Schedule shall require the submission of any particular plan required by that Section in relation to a building if an identical plan is already held by a verifier or a local authority in connection with a prior application for building warrant relating to that building.
