  "text": "Plans submitted along with an application to which these regulations relate shall–\n(a) in every case have a unique reference number inserted thereon by the applicant or his duly authorised agent;\n(b) in every case be drawn or reproduced in a clear and intelligible manner and in or capable of being reproduced in a permanent form and have indicated thereon the scale (if any) to which it is drawn; and\n(c) in relation to plans being submitted by means other than electronic communication–\n(i) in the case of the principal and copies be on such material as may be acceptable to the verifier; and\n(ii) clearly indicate the proposed work and include a specification or other written or figured statement signed by the applicant or a duly authorised agent as relative to the plan.",
