# The Building Regulations 2000, Regulation 10: The Metropolitan Police Authority


(1) The Metropolitan Police Authority is hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 5 of the Act (exemption of public bodies from the procedural requirements and enforcement of building regulations).
(2) The Metropolitan Police Authority is exempt from compliance with these Regulations in so far as the requirements in these Regulations are not substantive requirements.
