  "text": "In Article 21 of the principal Order (penalties) after paragraph (1) insert—\n“(1A) Any person who—\n(a) gives a notice or certificate or makes an application that—\n(i) purports to comply with the requirements of this Order or of any provision contained in building regulations; and\n(ii) contains a statement that that person knows to be false or misleading in a material particular; or\n(b) recklessly gives a notice or certificate or makes an application that—\n(i) purports to comply with those requirements; and\n(ii) contains a statement that is false or misleading in a material particular,\nis guilty of an offence under this Order.”.",
