Made 14th May 1992
Laid before Parliament 28th May 1992
Coming into force 26th June 1992
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1(1) and 3(1) of, and paragraphs 2 and 10 of Schedule 1 to, the Building Act 1984, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
