Regulation 1 Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Building Regulations (Amendment) Regulations 1994 and except for the provisions mentioned in paragraph (2) shall come into force on 1st September 1994.

Paragraph (3) of regulation 2 shall come into force on 1st October 1994, and paragraphs (2)(a), (4) and (5)(b) and (c) of that regulation shall come into force on 1st July 1995.
