  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Building Regulations 1991 to exempt the Metropolitan Police Authority from the procedural requirements of those Regulations. Accordingly, the Authority is not exempt from the obligation to comply with the requirements in the Regulations with respect to the design and construction of buildings and the provision of services, fittings and equipment in or in connection with buildings, these being substantive requirements (section 126 of the Building Act 1984).",
